Ken has decades of experience working with international organizations to direct and facilitate operations assessments, collaborate on global strategies and ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations. At American Leprosy Missions, Ken leads strategy planning and oversees internal systems, global operations and IT.

Ken served in multiple roles at Compassion International and its affiliates from 1989 to 2019, including international partner development and financial, operations, and risk management. Since leaving Compassion International, Ken has consulted with NGOs, churches and other organizations on strategy, intercultural competence and general management. He has an M.B.A. in non-profit management and is a Certified Fraud Examiner (CFE). Ken and his wife live in Missouri. They have a daughter and two grandchildren.
