After working with American Leprosy Missions finance and program teams for many years, Kristin’s role as Donor Data Manager supports development’s data and gift management processes and guides the organization’s migration to the Salesforce interface.

Kristin believes in life-long learning. She recently completed an online continuing professional education course in Applied Business Analytics offered by MIT’s Sloan School of Management. Kristin also holds a Masters in Business Administration degree from Winthrop University.

Outside of work, Kristin enjoys swimming and is a certified Adult Learn to Swim Instructor and certified Level 2 Coach within the United States Masters Swimming (USMS) organization. Family is important to her and she’s glad that much of hers lives in or near Greenville, SC. She also enjoys reading, amateur photography and artwork, and spending time with her dog.
